Why we got into this
Health insurance is one of the most important decisions a person can make — and it has become one of the most exploited. Rising scams, misleading advertisements, and aggressive sales tactics have left too many people enrolled in plans that don't cover what they were told, or facing consequences they never saw coming.
We got into this work because we believe people in our community deserve better. They deserve a real conversation with someone who is honest about what a plan does and doesn't do — not a pitch designed to close a sale. Our goal is to be the kind of resource we wish more people had access to before they made a decision they couldn't easily undo.
That means slowing down, asking the right questions, and making sure the guidance we give is something we'd be comfortable standing behind.
